Distance Sales Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties below within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER expressly accepts that if they confirm the order subject to the agreement, they will be obliged to pay the order price and any specified additional fees such as shipping fees and taxes, and that they have been informed about this.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall mean the explanations written opposite them.

BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
WEBSITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the website belonging to the SELLER,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: The movable property subject to the purchase and software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose specifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the website belonging to the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The basic features of the goods/product/products/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the website belonging to the SELLER. If a campaign has been organized by the Seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the goods or services subject to the agreement, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read the basic features of the product subject to the agreement, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the website belonging to the SELLER, that they are informed, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the agreement will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the distance contract pertains to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without stating any reason within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or the person/entity at the address they indicated, provided that they notify the SELLER.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared at the request of the BUYER or in accordance with their personal needs, such as single-use products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they make the payment with a credit card and fall into default, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank, and they will be liable to the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court located in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction took place.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they complete the payment for the order placed through the Website.
